CAD Skills

 

Photoshop

I used Photoshop throughout my degree to aid the design process from developing designs through to final visualisation. I am currently re-teaching myself how to create digital prints to continue to improve my skills.  Also used during work placement at Fatface.

 

Illustrator

I learnt most of my Illustrator skills during my work placement at Fatface, my Illustrator skills grew dramatically in the time I was there and helped me understand how the program is used within industry design. 

 

Indesign

I used Indesign to create look books, contextual synopsise booklets and my dissertation during my final year at university. 

 

Wilcome Embroidery Studio

I learn to used this program when I choose to specialise in embroidery design, I loved using the multi head machine to create professional looking designs especially repeat embroidery patterns. I was very experimental in final year using this program to create 3d designs. 

 

Etsy Laser Cutter 

I used the laser cutter program to create exciting cut out work and to make perfect shapes to appliqué onto my embroidery work.
