Gemma Soames is an embroidery designer, who established her skills to a high standard during her degree in Textiles Design at Nottingham Trent University. She graduated in 2015 with a high 2:1 and strives to pursue a career in design. 

 

As a designer she pushes her work to be technically skilled and innovatively captivating. She is a vibrant designer driven by trends, playful ideas and exciting outcomes. Gemma is creative, diverse and particularly excited by repeat pattern and 3d work. She enjoys working innovatively with experimental ideas but also has an eye for commercial design and a keen attention to detail.
